Features in Utilities

Bram Schoenmakers committed changes in /trunk/playground/utils/rsibreak/src:

o A color is now easily assignable to every stat with RSIStats::setColor()
o Sync colors last big/tiny break with colors in tooltip
o Cleanups thanks to the new method. Hackish enums like LAST_BIG_BREAK_COLOR are not required anymore
