Optimization in Multimedia

Mark Kretschmann committed changes in /trunk/extragear/multimedia/amarok/src:

* Improve layout of General Settings by reordering.
* Remove some unneeded code from hasChanged(); KConfigXT handles this.

The Apply button is still broken though (once again). Can't figure out why :S
