Bug Fixes in Multimedia

Andrew Turner committed changes in /trunk/extragear/multimedia/amarok/src/collectiondb.cpp:

Fix a major bug in the DB upgrade routine that would cause the 1.3->1.4 upgrade to fail.
(A few minor tweaks as well)
