Optimization in KDE Base

John Tapsell committed changes in /trunk/KDE/kdebase/workspace/ksysguard/ksysguardd:

Fix cmake to not link ksysguardd against the whole of qt. Brings first load time from 3 seconds to 0.3 seconds for me
