Chani Armitage committed changes in /branches/work/kopete/soc-oscarfiletransfer/protocols/oscar:

filetransfers are hooked up to the gui enough that I can cancel transfers. however, the accept/cancel dialog seems to be quite broken. I'll have to fix it before I can get incoming transfers working.
