Features in KDE Base

Pino Toscano committed changes in /trunk/KDE/kdelibs/kdeui:

A new class, KButtonGroup.
It acts much like QGroupBox, and it's a valid replacement in KConfigXT for Q3ButtonGroup.
This includes an unit test and the integration with KConfigXT.
