C. Boemann committed changes in /trunk/koffice:

Remove the rgb, cmyk and grey colorselectors.
Everyone should use the UniColorSelector
hsv_widget will go too at some point - whe Uni supports it!

Rename kdualcolorbutton to KoDualColorButton
Change behavior of dual butto to allow dragging of colors better, as
requested by Thomas Zander
