Features in Networking Tools

Alan Jones committed changes in /trunk/extragear/network/ktorrent/plugins/rssfeed:

Updated download code so that it removes a match if it fails to find a
torrent and start it downloading

Rewrote the download processing code to remove the dependency on khtml -
it now processes using standard Qt classes
