Bug Fixes in KDE-PIM

Tom Albers committed changes in /trunk/playground/pim/mailody:

Fixed:
- set hscrollbar to disabled in the datawidget.
- disable smtp debug
- scroll to bottom only when sorting is asc?
- remove purge from toolbar
- composer called from viewer does not honor the storage folder?
- pasting an address in composer sucks.
