Features in KDE Base

Robert Knight committed changes in /trunk/KDE/kdelibs/kdeui/dialogs/kaboutapplicationdialog.:

Make the 'About Application' dialog look a bit nicer.

* Line up tab widget and Close button
* Use a larger font for the application title
* Clearly separate application version and KDE version
* Put application icon and title side-by-side in the same frame
