Features in KDE Base

John Tapsell committed changes in /trunk/KDE/kdebase/workspace/ksysguard/libksysguard:

Use kwin to get information about the process.
We now:

* Show the x window title
* Show the icon for the app
* React immediately on title/icon change (e.g. when you change tabs in konqueror)
