Features in Networking Tools

Joris Guisson committed changes in /trunk/extragear/network/ktorrent:

Improved system tray popup box :
- We now use balloon style KPassivePopup instead of Qt tooltips
- It also only disappears when the cursor is moved away from the tray icon
- The text can be updated

Bug 145019: keep passive dialog-info for longer
