Bug Fixes in KDE Base

Thomas McGuire committed changes in /trunk/KDE/kdelibs:

Fix 2 issues with the password dialog:
- The 'keep password' checkbox was always hidden
- The 'keep password' checkbox wasn't initalized with the correct value

Now KMail can save passwords again.
