Jan Kundrát committed changes in /branches/work/kphotoalbum-iptc:

- support for viewing IPTC tags
- character set selection for IPTC
- some include re-shuffling in headers for preventing recursive inclusion
- Exif::TreeView changes for supporting "multiple roots"
