Features in KDE-PIM

Thomas McGuire committed changes in /trunk/KDE/kdepim/kmail:

Fix layout.
To make the buttons appear like in KDE3, I had to port away from KDialog as KDialog does not seem to support spacers between buttons.

Additionally, make the processed message count available again.
