Support opening and saving color palettes - finally!

Quite a number of bugs to be fixed though e.g.:

- Need a queryColorsClose() or similar

- Dialogs for errors

- Support colors stored remotely

- We seem to have some trash colors at the end of each palette to fill the row - this was not intentional

- Palette geometry is wrong and shows scrollbars unnecessarily
