Bug Fixes in Office

Stefan Nikolaus committed changes in /trunk/koffice/kspread:

Painting Content Format.
The Style's content format now takes precedence over the one of Value.
This fixes the issue, that you were not able to change the format after
importing CSV values as text.

Errors will always be centered now.
