Features in Graphics

Marcel Wiesweg committed changes in /trunk/extragear/graphics/digikam/libs/threadimageio:

- Add support to cache thumbnails, in a different cache than the large images.
Cache size will be set by the number of cached thumbnails.
- polish API docs
