Features in KDE Base

Ian Ventura-Whiting committed changes in /trunk/playground/base/datasources:

This commit includes the following ODBC Data Sources KCM updates:
* Users can now add user data sources using a wizard.
* Administrators can add user, system and file data sources.
* You can delete old data sources.

The next commit will include code to both test and edit data sources. :-)
