Optimization in KDE Base

Peter Penz committed changes in /trunk/KDE/kdebase/apps/dolphin/src:

Smoother animations for the pixmap viewer if the pixmap is changed constantly during small time slots (thanks to Rafael Fernández López for the original patch!).
