Features in KDE Base

Antonio Vinci committed changes in /trunk/playground/base/plasma/applets/frame:

Drag'n'drop urls to set the image
(dragging a folder will start the slideshow mode)
At the moment there are still a lot of (critical) regressions to be fixed
