Optimization in KDE Base

David Faure committed changes in /branches/KDE/3.5/kdelibs/kio/kio/kservice.cpp:

Don't write out empty UntranslatedGenericName for most kservices into ksycoca.
Reduces the size of ksycoca by 5%.
