Bug Fixes in User Interface

Juan González Aguilera committed changes in /branches/work/soc_kdebluetooth4/plasma/applet:

-fix build
-allow to de/activate radar trace animation, and persist the option using KConfig
-new svg theme more inline with oxygen style
-adapt to new Plasma::Applet api
