Features in Networking Tools

Urs Wolfer committed changes in /trunk/KDE/kdenetwork/krdc:

* Add clipboard sharing between host and client again in VNC. Mostly the same way as it has been done in the old KRDC.
* Less debug noise for floatingtoolbar
