Features in Office

Jan Hambrecht committed changes in /trunk/koffice:

KoPositionSelector:
- center radio buttons inside row/column
- center all radio buttons inside widget

DefaultToolWidget:
- follow some suggestions from Thomas by:
- removing group boxes
- moving ascpect button to the right side

I hope that is a compromise all can live with.
