Bug Fixes in KDE Base

Aaron J. Seigo committed changes in /trunk/KDE/kdebase/workspace/libs/plasma:

* make handles disapear reliably
* don't pop them immediately so just moving the mouse around the screen doesn't cause tons of flickering handles
