Features in Development Tools

Paulo Moura Guedes committed changes in /trunk/KDE/kdewebdev/klinkstatus/src:

Add a new automation plugin: allows to schedule site checks in hour, day or weekly periodicity. The results are then export to HTML and/or an e-mail is sent.

It's already working, next step is to offer a GUI so the user doesn't have to edit property files.

Also some random fixes along the way.
