Features in KDE Base

Andreas Pakulat committed changes in /trunk/KDE/kdelibs/kdeui/dialogs:

Implement a Shortcut printing solution. It simply arranges a table of the shortcuts and the description with QTextDocument and sends that to a printer.

There a few todo items for finishing touches before 4.1, but the feature is good enough to be comitted.
