Oswald Buddenhagen committed changes in /trunk/KDE/kdebase/workspace/kcontrol/dateandtime/dtime.cpp:

remove hwclock call. it is just bogus:
- it does not account for the gmt setting
- it should be left to the system's shutdown script anyway
