Bug Fixes in KDE Base

Luboš Luňák committed changes in /branches/KDE/4.0/kdebase/workspace/kwin/scene_opengl.cpp:

Restore color settings after painting background.
Fixes splashscreen being fully black during KDE startup, not that I understand why.
