Albert Astals Cid committed changes in /trunk/KDE/kdebase/workspace/kmenuedit:

Rework kmenuedit layouting, now at least fits in a 1024x768 screen

With Oxygen still does not fit on a 800x600 one because groupboxes seem to be taking TOO MUCH space
