Optimization in KDE Base

Peter Penz committed changes in /trunk/KDE/kdebase/apps/dolphin/src:

Do a delayed initialization of all widgets when showing the the Information Panel.
This assures that no expensive initializations are done when the Information Panel is not shown at all.
