Bug Fixes in Games

Ian Wadham committed changes in /trunk/KDE/kdegames/kubrick/src:

Fix the integration of Singmaster moves with all menu actions.
Change Demo shortcut to Ctrl+D and the Down move to D.
Clean up and remove debugging outputs.
