Allen Winter committed changes in /trunk/KDE/kdepim/akonadi/resources/CMakeLists.txt:
disable the openchange resource again.
1. we can't seem to build it again with a recent libmapi
2. there's a GSoC project for it and this way the student can hack away without creating a branch
