Bug Fixes in Office

Girish Ramakrishnan committed changes in /trunk/koffice/libs/kotext/styles/KoCharacterStyle.cpp:

Fixes merging/setting up of character formats.

KoCharacterStyle::applyStyle(block)
- Sets up the blockCharFormat and the charFormat KoCharacterStyle::applyStyle(cursor)
- Merges with the existing charFormat
