Bertjan Broeksema committed changes in /trunk/KDE/kdepim/kpilot/conduits/contacts:

- Reenabled most of the settings dialog.
This still needs some work.

- The only source now that can used is Akonadi, and the resource can be selected in the dialog.
This setting is not yet used/saved.
