Jeff Mitchell committed changes in /trunk/extragear/multimedia/amarok/src/collection/sqlcollection:

Take maxx_k's excellent suggestion and move the uniqueid field into the urls table.
This also fixes the tag dialog issue.

This *will* require wiping the database again - sorry.
