Optimization in KDE Base

Harri Porten committed changes in /trunk/KDE/kdelibs/khtml/css/cssparser.cpp:

Optimized parser for CSS color values.
Gives me 3.5% speedup on the first skeleton movie compared to the version using QString::toInt().
