Optimization in KDE-PIM

Guess when the optimisation of "disconnected UI" can be applied and.. apply it!

It really speeds up things when:
- We have no threading / grouping at all
- We're not expanding threads / groups
- We expanding but we're able to guess that the number of expansions will be very low.
