Features in KDE Base

Sebastian Trueg committed changes in /trunk/playground/base/nepomuk-kde/annotationplugins:

Added fancy geonames annotation plugin which gets geo names from the internet and links things to those.

For now we only do pimo:hasLocation.
But anything is possible. ;)
