Urs Wolfer committed changes in /trunk/KDE/kdenetwork:

Remove KNewsTicker.
It is broken in the current state, and there is another RSS applet for plasma in trunk.
8 years in KDE trunk is a nice time; rest in peace now :)

As agreed by Frerich Raabe (maintainer) and Aaron.
