Mark Kretschmann committed changes in /trunk/extragear/multimedia/amarok/src/collection/sqlcollection:

Actually implement "Watch folders for changes".

Until now enabling the option did exactly nothing.
Now it starts a 60s-interval timer thatchecks for collection changes.
