Bug Fixes in Office

Boudewijn Rempt committed changes in /trunk/koffice/krita/image/kis_paint_layer.cc:

don't create superfluous paint devices & fix the paint in wash mode with opacity < 100% bug, at least, if there are no masks.
If there are, all bets are off
