Optimization in KDE Base

Jos van den Oever committed changes in /trunk/kdesupport/strigi/src/streamanalyzer/diranalyzer.cpp:

Fix a big performance problem.
Whenever a directory mtime changed, all files inside the directory were re-indexed.
