Tobias Koenig committed changes in /trunk/KDE/kdepim/kmail:

Port SnippetWidget to MailCommon::SnippetManager.

Drag&Drop to the SnippetWidget doesn't work right now, have to investigate further, but several bugs have been fixed by this port.
