Features in Educational

Akarsh Simha committed changes in /trunk/KDE/kdeedu/kstars/kstars:

Allow runtime switching between OpenGL and QPainter backends.
Still buggy and ugly.

Note that as of this commit, HAVE_OPENGL is still not defined anywhere.
Must be manually defined if required.
