Features in Office

Alvaro Soliverez committed changes in /trunk/playground/office/alkimia/alkquotes:

Added a database manager to handle all db-related stuff, and refactored the database methods to handle a header and a data table.

Also changed the tables to be able to handle values history.

General fix and cleanup of the code.
