Bug Fixes in KDE Base

Christian Ehrlicher committed changes in /trunk/KDE/kdebase/apps/konq-plugins/fsview:

- make sure to not realloc ScanDirVector to avoid a dangling pointer in ScanItem which can lead to a crash
- added some const + QLatin1Char

Bug 264217: fsview crashes after porting away from Qt3Support classes
