Updated slave to work with HUpnp v0.9.0.

The concept of user data is ditched since
action invocation receivers have access to the action
itself. There is also no longer support for user data
in HUpnp. The Browse related calls just read back
the passed input arguments to decide the offset for the
next call.

The slave's external API does not change.

This update to using 0.9.0 requires more testing.
