Bug Fixes in Office

Matus Uzak committed changes in [calligra] /words/msword-odf:

DOC: Improved processing of annotations (comments).

* Wrong CPs into the Comment Document were parsed.
* Wrong offset to the Comment Document was used.
* Process comment reference characters only in the Main Document
